Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your new jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a full refund (minus any non-refundable shipping costs) or exchange them within 30 days of your delivery date.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Undamaged: The jewelry must be completely free of scratches, scuffs, or alterations.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with their original branded boxes, pouches, and tamper-proof tags (if applicable).
  • Documentation: All accompanying certificates of authenticity, warranties, and appraisal documents must be included.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom & Personalized: Pieces that have been engraved, monogrammed, or custom-made.
  • Altered Items: Jewelry that has been resized by a third-party jeweler or customized after purchase.
  • Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
